Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms apply when you purchase or use Snippetbar, a macOS application made by Martin Rariga (“we”, “us”). By using Snippetbar you agree to them.
License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Snippetbar on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
One-time purchase
Snippetbar is a one-time purchase that includes updates. AI usage is included under fair use — we may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse that degrades the service for everyone. If you aren’t happy with the app, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you.
AI output
Snippets are processed by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it. You also agree not to use Snippetbar to generate content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Warranty and liability
Snippetbar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
